What does “$150 of Context included” mean?
It is list-price value you can spend on any Schift Models usage: Document Intelligence per page, Context Builder per million tokens, Agentic Search per call, and Engine storage per GB. The rates are published on this page, and your console shows consumption in the same unit.
What happens when the included Context runs out?
Nothing stops. Usage continues at the same published rates and we notify you at 80%. Free is the exception: its one-time $3 ends the trial, and Starter S is the next step.
Does adding users change the price?
The price stays the same. Ten people or a hundred, plus every agent you connect, share one Context capacity. Revenue follows what your team actually creates, stores, and searches.
Why does Starter L include four times the Context for three times the price?
It is built for production. Once a workload is real, paying overage on Starter M costs more than moving up, so Starter L is where the unit economics start to favor you.
What do the Business tiers add?
Two things: better Context economics as commitment grows, and organization controls — governance, advanced ACL, audit and trace, department budgets and limits, priority processing, and higher concurrency.
How is Enterprise priced?
As an annual Context commitment. The larger the commitment, the lower the effective rate. Enterprise adds BYOC or dedicated infrastructure, private networking, SSO/SCIM, data residency, SLA, compliance, and custom retention.
How is this different from a parsing API such as LlamaParse?
A parsing API hands you pages. You still build chunking, embeddings, a vector database, indexing, sync, retrieval, reranking, context assembly, and the operations around them. Schift takes data in and returns searchable Context — that pipeline is what you stop building.
Can we keep using our own AI subscription or keys?
Yes. Connect an existing ChatGPT or Claude subscription or a department API key and answer generation runs through it. Schift Models usage is separate and billed at the published rates.
